Deep linking to specific record send by email after submitted form for the first time

Hello,

I am trying to create app in which an author of the instruction can fill the form (using sharepoint list based form) and by clicking in the button it will be email sent to specific person with submit request.

I have screen for author to add an instruction and send email with submit request:

Then I want to ask Team Leader and Audytor to use a link which should navigate to screen with choice field to accept an instruction:

I want to link them directly to "Akceptacja Audytora" Screen but I create also another screen with list which i was hopeful let me reach my goal.:

And also I add "On start" properties:

The thing is that the email is sending with link but it is not link to "Akceptacja Audytora" Screen but to main screen of the app. Can you help me to solve this problem ?

I think that my problem is that I want to navigate to specific record ID but my URL do not have it. I am not such a great in IT things and I cannot understand how to make this URL included ID number. Do you thing I am right ?

No problem. If this is new to you, we can take it step by step.

I suggest referring to the article that I linked and trying URLs in a web browser to see if it links to the app as you expect. For example:

Change this URL and check if it opens the Power App:

https://apps.powerapps.com/play/YOUR-APP-ID?tenantId=YOUR-TENANT-ID

Change this URL and check if it opens the Power App at the "Akceptacja Audytora" screen:

https://apps.powerapps.com/play/YOUR-APP-ID?tenantId=YOUR-TENANT-ID&Navigate=Akceptacja%20Audytora

Change this URL and check if it opens the Power App at the "Akceptacja Audytora" screen for record with ID 1:

https://apps.powerapps.com/play/YOUR-APP-ID?tenantId=YOUR-TENANT-ID&Navigate=Akceptacja%20Audytora&ID=1

It doesn't matter what I write as a "Tenant ID" , it always bring me to main screen 😞 I thing that's the issue.

How can I find proper tenant ID?

The main screen of the app? If it links to the main screen of the app then you likely have the correct Tenant ID.

If you mean it links to the main screen listing all Power Apps then it likely is not the correct Tenant ID.
