Are there any exmaples of people creating powerapps for timesheet applications? Woudl like to use the MS project timesheet data as the service.
I have searched the location but not found any material on the community. Would appreicate any support/guidance.

I am afraid currently it is not available for PowerApps to work with the TimeSheet in Project Online.
The Project Online connector is documentated in the article below:
Project Online (Preview)
Currently it is only available to perform the following operations:
1. PublishProject,
2. CheckoutProject,
3. CreateResource,
4. CreateProject,
5. CreateTask,
6. ListProjects,
7. ListTasks,
There is no available action that would work for TimeSheet currently.
