Hi everyone.
I have created a flow that is triggered when a form is submitted. It retrieves the information, builds an email and sends it out.
The issue I'm now having is that because I have created the flow, the email that is sent always comes from my email plus the other other email I have assigned. I need it to only come from the one I assign but cant seem to remove my personal email from the process.
Any advice?!
Ah, ok. Let me try again. 😁
So the image below shows how a table can allow the end-user to only select the information on the right side "which they will then copy and paste into an excel form they have already prepared"
I don't actually understand what you mean by "the answers that need to be selected and copied".

A have attached the below image to better explain what I am trying to get.
I'll have to check with the IT on the error message if that is the only way to get emails sent with them coming from em all the time as the flow will be triggered by 1000+ users.
@Courtney the table in your previous post is the same as in my earlier post, but I don't know any way to display that other than the way I showed in my earlier post.
I've not seen that error message before so can't offer a solution.

Thank you for your response! V3 seems to be a step in the right direction!
I am now given the below image when I save my flow.
I don't get this issue when I used Outlook V2 connector but then my email is attached with each flow trigger.
Thanks for the tips on the table. I had a look but I need the output table to look like this below. The end-user needs to highlight select and copy the right side of the table.
Thanks for your support.
@Courtney you can have columns in your email but it looks like you'll need to revert to the Send an email (v2) as this afternoon it doesn't seem to be working with the Send an email notification (V3) for some reason. You'd need to create an HTML tale and then format it as shown in the example below:

@Courtney no you don't have to do anything, it will automatically send it from Microsoft PowerApps and Flow if you use the Send an email notification (V3).

Thanks for such a quick reply!
Ok, I just wanted to make sure I got this right as I am still very new to flow.
This is the V3 form. Is there somewhere/something i need to action to remove my email from the flow process that is triggered?
On a side note I would like to use a 2 column table similar to what I available in word and normal email but cant seem to find it here. Is this possible?
@Courtney as the creator of the flow the email will always come from you unless you use a service account or use the Send an email notification (V3) action which will send the email from Microsoft PowerApps and Flow.
