I am able to connect to and pull Knowledge Articles just fine with the ServiceNow Connector as an Action on my Custom Copilot but when I try to List Records I get this error
The connector ‘ServiceNow’ returned an HTTP error with code 400. Error code: ConnectorRequestFailure. Conversation ID: 443d4c9b-d91d-4850-8da3-a3ca40d37f9f. Time (UTC): 6/20/2024 9:21:07 PM.
If I try the Create Record action I get:
Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: 4b30bb2b-8b26-4b45-bdc9-0196036c0098. Time (UTC): 6/20/2024 9:27:45 PM.
Edit: I do have the KB plugin installed already, I've seen that going around for pulling KAs but I'm looking specifically at the other Actions not working
