I am trying to synchronize 2 Outlook calendars with each other. I have already managed to create an appointment in one calendar and then block the time period in the second calendar. Now I would like changes and deletions to the appointments to be adopted. To do this, I first use the action “When an appointment is changed (V3) and then ”Update appointment (V4). V3 is populated with calendar A and V4 with calendar B. If I am now asked for the ID in V4, it only offers me the ID of calendar A (V3) as a selection option. Of course, Power Automate does not find this ID later in the flow because the appointment is to be changed in calendar B (V4). How can I store the ID of calendar B in “Update appointment”?
