Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hello Power Apps Community,

I am building a Power Apps Survey that I want to use to administer to my high school class on Project Management. My intention for the app is to have a list of about 50 questions that are broken down in subsections and the responses to be brought back to and held in Dataverse. The first question of each subsection is a MAIN question which is a boolean Yes/No Question. After the first question of each section, the subsection questions will appear and have 4 options to choose from Ahead of schedule, On Schedule, Behind Schedule, Incomplete. Each of these subsections have a percentage of possible points associated with it. Ahead would equal 100%, On Schedule would equal 80%, Behind Schedule would equal 40% and Incomplete would equal 0% of Total possible value for question. I want to create this app and have values not to be seen but kept in Dataverse for further excel report generation.

I have started with Dataverse but Im overwhelmed and would love some small clarity on how to approach this! I have attached an excel file that has the general idea of my intentions.
