Hi team creating agent i am not able to find the correction action in outlook 365 my agent main aim is create instead of replying response save as draft suggest me which one option in Action > Outlook 365> need to be enable not able to find draft email v2 suggest me how can save email in Draft

Hello HR-19042039-0,
Look for "Create a draft for a new email (V2)" under Actions → Outlook 365—just enter "draft" in the search bar. If you don't see it, set up a Power Automate flow using the Office 365 Outlook "Create a draft" action and have your agent trigger that flow. If the action is completely missing, ask your admin to verify that DLP policies aren't preventing access.

Connectors are useful tools that greatly extend the functionality of Copilot Studio agents. You can use all the Microsoft Power Platform connectors and access various services (both within the Microsoft ecosystem and outside it) inside the copilot studio to perform task which you want.

For e.g., Outlook you can use the Send Email v2 connector
