I was using post method to send back the response to the web server but got 500 status code error

plz help me how to fix 500 status code error .

Hello @Pavibhau_3698

Per my understanding, HTTP status code 500 means "Internal Server Error".
I believe the issue is occurred at the server side but not at the PAD (client) side.

HTTP Error 500.0 error - Internet Information Services | Microsoft Docs

HTTP Error 500 message indicates that a problem has occurred on the Web server that hosts the Web site at the time the error is returned.

You can test the same api on a tool like Postman (Free) and get to know if you are seeing the same error.

Hello @Pavibhau_3698

Can you see HTTP access log files that are output on that Web server?
Maybe you can inspect more detailed error messages and reason why HTTP 500 was occurred.

Also, If possible, could you show us a screenshot of the PAD Flow Designer's action parameter dialog to tell us how you're sending a request to the Web service? If you provide us screenshot of Postman, we are able to compare success patern and failure patern.
