I have published an Agent with AI Prompt builder inside topic. The Agent is published in MS teams.

I have shared the Agent with other team members, the agent works for me in teams and also while but not for my colleagues.

All of them are getting the error: "An error has occurred. Error code: AIModelActionBadRequest Conversation Id:xxxxxxx"

Assign AI Builder credits to your colleagues:
- Go to Power Platform Admin Center → Resources → Capacity
- Allocate credits to each user
Ensure environment access:
- Navigate to Environment settings → Users + permissions
- Add colleagues as Basic User or Environment Maker
Share the agent correctly:
- Within Copilot Studio, go to Settings → Security
- Add users directly rather than just sharing a link
Check licenses:
- Make sure colleagues have both Copilot Studio and AI Builder entitlements
