PA - SharePoint Copy folder action taking hours to complete

I have a flow that's been running almost two years with no issues. Execution time averaged less than 5 minutes.

Since the last week of October, the Copy SharePoint step has gone from seconds to HOURS.

The folders being copied: 2 main folders, one 5 sub-folders and one with 2 sub-folders.

I'm not sure if SharePoint is being throttled for some reason, or if there's something wiggy in the flow. I've tried recreating the flow, and same issue (yes, I also tried the "turn if off, turn it back on").

I have a second flow that is also using the SharePoint Copy Folders action that is behaving the exact same way.

Any suggestions on where to check next?

I am having the exact same issue. The proccess use to take just a few minutes and now it is taking 1-4hrs to complete. Have you figured out a solution?
