Keep getting this msg and it seems to appear randomly, seems to work ok in the copilot test area but when i push into Teams i get this:

    hello, often it's related to a tool or workflow (power automate or agent flow) inside the agent wich is crashing, if you try in teams with the account use to make the agent , the message will appear in the activity tab, so you will see in wich part of the activity it crash.
