I use an AI builder to recognize invoices, but there's a problem. After removing this label, the error disappears. However, when I edit the next invoice and then return to this one, the same issue reappears. It seems that my actions are not being saved.
This doesn’t sound like a product bug—it’s more likely a saving/publishing issue in the AI Builder model.
What’s happening is that when you remove the label, the error temporarily disappears in your current session, but the change isn’t actually persisted. So when you move to another invoice and come back, the model reloads the last saved (published) version, and the issue shows up again.
In AI Builder invoice processing, changes like removing or editing labels are only retained if you explicitly save and then publish/train the model. If you skip publishing (or if training hasn’t completed), the system reverts to the previous version.
You should try saving your changes, retraining the model if required, and then publishing it before navigating away. Also, make sure there are no validation errors blocking the save in the background.
