Hi @ArunGangadharan , Could you please confirm what do you mean by converting MS list in PowerApps? Are you creating app or customizing the form as shown below:
If you use create an app then, which screen you are talking about?
If it is Details screen or Edit screen then there will be form and in that form you need to add the fields as show below:
If you are using customize form then there will be one form as shown below and for that also you need to add rest for the fields.
