Power app solution deployment issue

Hi All

 

Since yesterday facing strange issue, on Dev I have one solution suppose SLN1 which is Unmanaged and I export it as Unmanaged to be deployed on SIT. I deployed it in SIT and the App inside it being shown as Managed . I am not able to edit the app to refresh the flows inside it and when I do the refresh it is coming as below.

This is Urgent issue
