I'm trying to create an ICM by Power Automation by using "Create or update an ICM incident". However, I got the 500 error message. Any hints?

    @ruimin @Johnnyg

    can you share with me the process to use the IcM connector?  email: jakau@microsoft.com

    We are using “Customer IcM Connector” in some of our power automate flows (MS Pro Dev – environment), wherein we are using some actions such as “get_incident”, “create_incident” etc of this customer IcM connector.

    Now, as the per url - @IcM connector (sharepoint.com), this custom IcM connector is going to be retired on May 31, 2023 and being replaced with new “Incident Automation”. So, could someone please help me in understanding the process how can we connect with new IcM connector, what exactly we need to change in exsiting power automate flows (where customer IcM connector was being used) to use this new “Incident Automation connector” in our power automate flows.

    Thanks
