I am trying to create a Q&A bot that pulls information from a knowledge base to answer questions and am having an extremely hard time executing this. I have tried going through QnA maker but creating a knowledge base there only allows me to input websites, not documents. Is there a separate or better way I can achieve this? I figured it shouldn't be hard given how easy other platforms make it. Would running an automation via a custom GPT bot with the knowledge base work? Any help is appreciated, I have been looping back through the same 4-5 documentation articles and have not learned anything useful.
Turns out you can easily add them in the Generative AI section!
