I've been using the New Analysis Engine in some apps and have realised recently that some issues I've been having appear to be linked to the new engine.
Namely, Copy and Paste of elements has become extremely slow to the extent that's it's unworkable to work on an app with the New Analysis Engine enabled and additionally renaming elements also has become very slow.
If I turn-off the Analysis engine then Copy and Paste is fine, as are renames, but the problem for me is I also have started using User Defined functions which require the new engine so I'm stuck really.
I think what may be needed is the ability when editing an app (in make.powerapps.com) to toggle the new engine off/on somehow (bit like the manual recalc in Excel) which may make it usable.
I think others are also experiencing these issues (i.e. very slow copy/paste, etc) but may not be aware it's related to the new engine - any one?
Any thoughts or comments from the development team would be much appreciated, thanks!
