Is Power Automate Desktop Attended mode is free?

Hi,

 

Is Power Automate Desktop attended mode RPA is free with windows 10?

May I get the details of the feature those are comes under free attended mode RPA and those are comes under paid attended mode RPA.

    Using Power Automate Desktop in an attended mode directly on Windows 10 is included in the Windows 10 license.  The primary limitations are that you can't do the following:

    1) Access anything other than the default environment in Power Automate

    2) The PAD flow can't be triggered by a Power Automate cloud flow without a full Power Automate with RPA license.
