When I am on an SPO page for a given list, the Automate dropdown in the toolbar lists a flow that was deleted several years ago. I am unsure how to remove it. Please let me know what additional information you need.
Take a look into the Power Platform Admin Center to see if you can find something there to delete it. This will need the right permissions to get inside it.

Thank you. I do have access but I did not see a list of flows which contained the deleted flow. I am working with our NA to see if there is something else out there that I do not have access to.
I slightly misinterpreted your post. Surely it should go by itself after deleting but if not then perhaps you may need to check the Sharepoint's site settings/library settings or may be a bug.
