Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a greeting topic already which shows messages and greet user, but it doesn't get triggered until user says "HI".
I want to greet the user first when the chat is opened. I know you use custom JS and CSS to do this but I want to use a microsoft native widget.
It is working fine in dev envrinment, it greets the user first. its not working in other envirnment also it was working fine before.

Please Help!.
