i tried to setup and run flow using task scheduler. Unfortunately I couldn't find the find the PAD.Console.Host.exe mentioned in the document in any folders of the drive.

Where can I find the file or anyways of running the flow locally ? Please help out.

You can't run a desktop flow using Task Scheduler.  The only way to run them on a schedule is to get a premium license and run them from a cloud flow.  The URL you create can only be used to run the flow manually.

Did you install Power Automate Desktop on the computer?  That has to be done to get the PAD.Console.Host.exe program.

Yes Power Automate Dekstop has been already installed in Windows 11 as default application.

I have created flow using that and using for past 2 months but manually triggering every time

Did you use the version of Power Automate Desktop that came preinstalled on Windows?  did you install it from the Microsoft Store or did you install it from the downloadable installer? Unless you installed it as an app that exe file should be there. But you won't be able to use it to run the flow from Task Scheduler.  That is specifically prohibited.

I did some more looking, and you can use task scheduler to run a desktop flow now, but one of the prerequisites is that you have to have the premium license that would let you do it with a cloud flow. It used to prevent you from running with Task scheduler, but now it just requires the premium license.  Run desktop flows via URL or desktop shortcuts - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn see Prerequisites.
