HELP! How to drag existing field item into Horizontal Container

Hello I'm kinda new to powerapps. I have a container a horizontal one and an html txt. I want move the HTML txt inside a container. Please refer to image:  I can add html file inside if i want to add. But this question if I can just move it if there's a way
