IF Statement that determines if a date is before the middle of the month.

Hi,

I am trying to build an IF statement on Power Query to determine whether the Transaction Date in the "Master Statement (2)" query is before the middle of the month using the value in the "Mid_Month" query. I'd like to reference the "Mid_Month" query because I don't want users of this query to have manually update the query in the Editor. Instead, I'd like them to just enter the mid-month date in excel and then have the query reference the number they entered in the IF Statement.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
