Hi all, i have an issue here and i am not sure why is it this way. Below attached images would show my flow and outcome. The first image shows how i did my flow and the flow variable is in the correct way i want it. However, when it writes into excel, it changes everything and does not show what i want. (see 2nd image). I hope that you guys can help me and give me a solution on how can i solve this issue. Thank you

I think the problem is that the Excel cells are in General format, which causes date-looking values to be formatted as dates.

Try changing the cell format to Text (with VBscript or through the UI) or force text formatting by adding a single quote in front of the write-value.

Hi, the excel cells are in date format. How can i write vbscript to force it to be in text format?

Found this, which seems to be informative: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31075254/format-cell-from-general-to-text

To do this dynamically without doing it manually here is the vbscript approach to change from any format to any format.
