Insufficient permissions logging in to Power Automate Desktop.

Hello everyone!

Just wondering has anyone experienced this issue? I am pretty sure it is not permission as I can create desktop flow from home, I only encounter this when I access it when I am at work.

Note that I am connected on the same machine, can replicate the issue on a separate trial account.

Logged in as the person who created the environment

Azure Active Directory:

  • Global admin role in azure, even added power platform admin and Dynamics 365 role

Power Platform

  • Systems Admin Role / then added Environment maker / Then added all available roles and still the same problem.

The account that I am using has the following allocated license:

Errors:

At some point I saw this, I stopped receiving this at some point and went straight to permission issue.

Other test that I did is I tried connecting to PowerBI Desktop, same authentication logging in and I can login on the home network without issue.

It feels like I hit a brick wall on this and not sure where else to look at I appreciate if you someone can point me on where to look or even better, you had experienced this before and solved the issue.

Stay safe and thanks in advance!

    Please see:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/setup

Power Automate applies the proxy configuration specified in Windows proxy settings. If the proxy server requires authentication, the administrator has to exclude Power Automate from using it or use another server that doesn't require authentication. You can find more information regarding bypassing proxy servers in Configure Power Automate to bypass a corporate proxy server.
