I am trying to use Power Automate on make.powerautomate.com, and I receive an error stating "It looks like something went wrong". I've checked and our company has access to Power Automate, but this error appears whether it's through the Power Automate site, or if I download the app from the MS Store. Any suggestions?
The first thing I would try is clearing your browser cache and history. If that doesn't work, check with your admins that you have the appropriate licensing to create flows. If you are getting this error, I am guessing you cannot check what licensing is assigned, but if you see the settings gear click on it and choose View My Licenses. You should have at least one of these:
When you go to this URL, do you see an environment listed at the top right? If so, click on it and see if you can select a different environment if more than one is listed.
