Hi community

I'm building a flow in TOTVS Protheus to create sales orders, but I'm stuck when filling in the text fields, but the PAD not detect buttons and text fields, in the screenshot below, I have the "User Interface Element Selector" tool open and the mouse over the "Include" button, but the pad does not recognize it and marks the entire program square. I'm automating with OCR and images, but for curiosities does anyone know another solution?

I'm not familiar with this application, but is it perhaps Java-based? In any case, some applications are in fact like that, and PAD simply cannot interact with the elements in its UI. We would then use image recognition (usually better than OCR, but still not very stable) and mouse and keyboard actions to navigate through interfaces like that.

You can give try by using recorder present under Tools option in Power automate desktop, sometime recorder helps to capture such element and later you can check and modify selector of each ui-element to validate them from ui-Elements panel. also remove unwanted actions recorded by recorder.

Please mark this as solution if it helps you solve issue. Happy to help you more.
