Hi,
I have created a Power Apps form to submit data to a SharePoint list. This form is shared with the whole organisation providing them with 'User' access on it.
pls guide what permission is required. thx

I am not sure what your question is. If they click Allow in the screenshot you supplied, the app will then work for them.

It should only happen once the first time the user accesses it on the device and should work without it after that.
If you are not happy with this, there is a PowerShell alternative - this post explains it - that you can look at.
