Hi everyone,
 
Hope everything is well.
 
Just a need a little help on my chat bot icon.
 
I tried to upload multiple image with the said size image and even smaller one, but still not reflecting on the demo site and custom website.
 
 
This image was use back from July here and it's working fine, then yesterday we found out that the image is not reflecting anymore.
 
Any tips on this one?

    Can you try uploading a new image with the support format and size.
     
     
    Refer the below link:
     
    After updating your copilot's icon, it may take up to 24 hours for the new icon to appear everywhere.
     
    Also In Copilot Studio, go to the chatbot's settings and reupload the desired icon image. This may resolve any issues with pathing or cached values. Sometimes, browsers cache images and elements, so any changes made to the icon may not reflect immediately. Try clearing the browser cache or checking in incognito mode.
