I'm building a app and i want to put an icon with a URL when a worker click, the app i've build will open (the guy will already have the powerapp downloaded in his celphone)

That's what i was going to do, but can i make it to open in my sharepoint instead of a icon in my home page?

Would you like to call out Power Apps app to run in Power Apps mobile client from SharePoint Mobile client?
If so, I'm afraid there is no way to achieve that need currently. However you will be able to open a Power Apps app in web browser via the URL with Launch function:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-param#launch
Launch("AppURL") would open a new tab with the app.
If you would like the feature of Calling out Power Apps app in Power Apps mobile client from SharePoint mobile client, you could suggest an idea in Power Apps Idea Forum with your scenario and benefits:
