Error "The image is not of type PNG or JPG..." with "Populate a Word Template"

Hello. I know there are several posts about this message, but it did not help as I did not find one corresponding exaclty to my case. See the screenshots. I get the message when integrating a picture in a Word template. I am sure of the type of the pictures (I have tried many ones), but anyway I even get the same message when there is no image stored in the field in my form. So perhaps there is something else. Thank you for your help!

    Thank you, but it does not directly help, the error encountered in the video is not the same, the method to achieve the need is not exactly the same. I could adapt what I am doing to see if it would prevent to have the same error, but ideally I would not like to change the method, but rather try to understand why I get this error while what I am doing should be quite straightforward. I hope to get other responses. Anyway thank you again for responding!

    @Gilles12 - I think as a first step you should first try the solution mentioned in the video and see if it resolves the problem(perhaps create a new flow).

    Hello. I have to thank you very much @CFernandes, the compose with base64 function, associated with a "Download a file or an image" action has made it! I will never have found by myself!

    @Gilles12

    @CFernandes , Could you save a screenshot with the solution? I'm having the same problem. I followed the conversion steps in the video, but the error persists. Could you help me? Thank you.

    I managed to make it work, but there is more than one attachment in the SharePoint item. How can I solve this so that both images appear?
    Thank you.

    i am having a lot of issues with just trying to get a jpg image from a sharepoint site and put it into a word doc !!
    Why is this so complex for such a simple ask?
