Run a flow built with Power Automate Desktop - Not Running

Hello,

 

I have a flow that was working flawlessly that scheduled in Power Automate (cloud) to run a Power Automate Desktop flow.  Normally, I would see a green sync arrow under the icon; however, the desktop flow is no longer being triggered and the cloud flow times out.

 

Has anyone experienced this?  I'm not getting an error message about the gateway.

    Hi,

     

    It is still working well for my Power Automate Desktop Flow, I still can run it form the Power Automate cloud.

     

    I think the only way you can try to get the latest version of the Data gateway and latest version of Power Automate Desktop on your computer. Then to try it again. There is alway have new version of PAD and we never know it since there is no notification on the PAD. I have to go to the download page and download the file to check if it is the newer version.

    Hi Mike,

     

    Thanks - the issue ended up being the data gateway.  I had a cluster set up which appeared to be preventing the communication.  Once I set up a new gateway, the issue resolved.
