    Assuming the name of the 'ContractName' textbox in the first form is txtContractName,  in the second screen, remove the existing value from the Update property of the Contract card and instead put txtContractName.Text in.  Then hide the card so the User can't change it.

    I can't tell from your screenshots what you have done.  Please supply

    1. The connector you are using to save the data, ie SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, etc.
    2. The type of column for Contract Name in that connector.
    3. The name of the control in the first form.
    4. The type of control that contains the Contract Name in the first form.

    @Drrickryp ,

    1. The connector that I'm using is Dataverse

    2. The type of column for Contract Name is LookUp

    3. The name of the control in the first form is (I hope) DataCardValue1, but may be ContractName_DataCard1 (I'm not experienced user and want you to help me to figure out)

    4. The type of control that contains the Contract Name in the first form is a text
