When sharing my app with people outside of my organization, they have access to the app on their desktops but not their mobile phones. The same is true in reverse; I'm able to access an app they've shared with me on my desktop but not my work mobile device. They have PowerApps downloaded on their phones. I have PowerApps downloaded on mine.
The error message is as follows:
