Need Help Extracting Values from Predict Action in Power Automate

Hi @automate @Auto @AutoMatey @automate3 @HAutomate @IAutomate @PowerAutomate @PowerAutomaty @powerautomate17 @powerautomate88 @apowerautomate ,
I hope you're all doing well. I am currently working on a flow where I'm using the predict action to extract information. However, I am facing challenges in retrieving specific values from the predict action's output: like "Display name"

Here's a brief overview of my scenario:

  • Action: Predict
  • Objective: Extract specific information
  • Issue: Having difficulty retrieving values by name

I want this highlighted displayname value only.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to extract values by name(display name) from the predict action's output. If anyone has experience with a similar use case or can provide insights into the structure of the output, it would be incredibly helpful.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!

That whole output that you showed us - starts with "body" -- copy that.

Create a Parse JSON action after your Extract Information action, and reference the body from your Extra Information action (through dynamic content) there.

In that Parse JSON action, click on "Generate from sample", and then paste in the stuff you copied previously. Then, click done.

Now you're able to access all of the different elements. If you create a Compose, for example, and click into the field there, you'll see "Parse JSON" in your groupings of dynamic content, and if you scroll through you should see "displayName" somewhere in there.

... This is a guess based on how it usually works, since I don't have access to the same schema. But if you want to copy/paste an anonymized version of your output (the text from the screenshot you posted, but with all the red-lined-stuff turned into xxxxxxxxxx or whatever), I can give it a shot to validate.
