Bonjour,

Pourriez-vous me contacter pour m'apporter de plus amples connaissances sur l'adoption de Copilot Studio sachant que sur notre tenant près de 20 personnes ont une licence Copilot Pro (licence MS E5)?

Je peux visualiser Copilot Studio dans le menu Power Platfrom mais je dois avouer que très peu d'éléments me permettent de comprendre l'impact de son utilisation ni même ce qui est essentiel pour la création d'agent comme par exemple DataVerse (+ pricing éventuels à son/leur utilisation, essentiel pour l'adoption).

You’re right that Copilot Studio is visible in the Power Platform menu but doesn’t immediately make it clear what’s essential for adoption. In your case (E5 tenant, ~20 users with Copilot Pro), you can think about three simple points:

Your Copilot Pro / Microsoft 365 Copilot users already have the rights to build and use Copilot Studio agents inside Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot), without buying a separate Copilot Studio user license.

Dataverse is used under the hood by Copilot Studio, but you only really need to worry about Dataverse capacity when you start building more advanced, data-heavy agents or many production environments; you get a default pool (for example, 15 GB database) included before you pay extra.

The real “cost” is about how your agents run (messages/credits), not about creating them – you can choose between pay‑as‑you‑go, message packs, or using the message rights that come with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
