Hi everyone,
We have a Power Apps app that uses several connectors:
Every time users open the app (or after some time), they are prompted with the “Allow access to your data?” consent screen asking them to confirm permissions for these connectors.
Most of our users are complaining because they need to click Allow frequently before they can use the app.
Is there a reliable or permanent way to disable this consent screen so users are not prompted each time they open the app?
We are looking for a secure and supported solution (not a workaround) — possibly something related to:
Admin consent?
Pre-authorizing connectors?
Service accounts?
Environment-level settings?
Power Automate flow configuration?
Has anyone implemented a solution that fully eliminates this repeated prompt for end users?
Thanks in advance!
