My organisation has purchased the office 365 license and we are working on SharePoint site and power app as well. There is power desktop option available to create and run flow. I have created a flow using power automate desktop for web automation. Just wanted to confirm is it free with office 365 license or will it cost for the organisation?

If this is free is there any limitation to run a web automation flow? Like number of transaction per flow?

Power Automate Desktop is free as long as you run the flow attended (from your local workstation) through the Power Automate Desktop application. If you choose to run cloud flows, or run desktop flows triggered by a cloud flow, you will need a paid license. You do not have to worry about "accidentally" doing something that will charge the firm. You either have a license and it will let you, or you don't. The only time the cost would be incremental is if you chose the "Pay as you go" service, but if you don't have that, then you have nothing to worry about.
