Can't create Flows

Hello,

 

I put Power Automate Desktop on my PC by following each step of the microsoft documentation however I cannot create a flow. The application tells me "You are not authorized to create flows in this environment". However, I am an environmental administrator. I tried to recreate a new one and it doesn't work either.

 

Someone can help me ?

    Hello Alexandre,

    Regarding the issue, you can always perform the following verifications:

    • The "Environment" which Power Automate Desktop targets, contains a "Database".
      For this configuration, please feel free to review the "Add a database in the admin center" section of this article.

    • Τhe "Required services" and the "Desktop flows services required for runtime" addresses from this article are whitelisted in your corporate Firewall (if one is being used).

    • The "Access Mode" of your user is set to "Read-Write", via this link.
