StartOfWeek.Monday in Date Picker won't work

Hello everybody, 
 
since the new update of the modern Date Picker control, the "StartOfWeek.Monday" doesn't work anymore. No matter what I do, Sunday stays the first day of the calender picker. 
 
Does anyone else experience this or know, if its a known bug og Microsoft?

    Should be due the recent changes. I have defined start of week as Monday ND can't see the options .
     
    Something better is coming I guess.
