Hyperlink overwrite previous result on the excel online table after submit Microsoft form

Hi all, i am creating flow that saved the submitted Microsoft form data and save related attachment in the SharePoint folder, then make the dynamic sharing link for each attachment in the excel online table.

It is run successfully but the hyperlink on the excel will overwrite the previous submission.

If i submit the form again, the hyperlink will overwrite the previous submission.

Below is my flow:

But the sharing link always is

https://clpgroup.sharepoint.com/:i:/s/CLPEMSform/EYVqTjcOKblPjIv9zXkdkNcBK78OrWkaXzFgUpIRbjoYFA

May i know what is the problem of my flow and how to fix it?

Pls pass the Id of the newly created file instead of "ItemId" in creating the shared link:

I tried you way but it cause OpenApiOperationParameterTypeConversionFailed error.

Pls ignore my previous reply & revert to "ItemId". Apologies for that. To troubleshoot the issue, pls compare the links generated by the flow and check if they are redirecting to same file or folder.

Hi @ManishSolanki ,

Thank you for your advise.

I had compared previous record and found that their links are different, but the hyperlink of latest result will overwrite previous result in the excel online table.

May i know how to fix the problem?

Pls share the screenshot of "Update a row" action for update row in excel sheet and if possible, pls share the col names.

As i use the "Add a row into a table" action, please find below output of the result for your reference
previous output: =hyperlink("https://clpgroup.sharepoint.com/:i:/s/CLPEMSform/EYVqTjcOKblPjIv9zXkdkNcBK78OrWkaXzFgUpIRbjoYFA","Head 1")

current output:
=hyperlink("https://clpgroup.sharepoint.com/:i:/s/CLPEMSform/EfKSEt7GncBOsjz50ULWc94BSF6e3Cr1hJPbpzyOM4zUQg","Head 1")

Is "Update a row" can add the new row?

The col name is "觀察者到場記錄", thank you.
