Configuring File Metadata from Power Automate to Asite

I need to 'dynamically link' files between SharePoint and Asite, so I have set-up a Power Automate workflow that will fulfill this task.

I have three questions, for the workflow(s) to be successful:

1. Have do I config the 'Set File Metadata' field so that is automates a fixed 6-digit number that will increment with each new file created, i.e. 000001, 000002, 000003, etc.

2. With a file that is modified / revised on SharePoint. will it published as a new file on Asite, or will the file it self update via Microsoft 365 integration?

3. Lastly, is there a way to set up a bi-directional workflow (whereby, the file mirrors on both SharePoint and Asite), or do I need to set-up separate workflows on each platform?

I would truly appreciate some support with this.
