Any question from Azure OpenAI is triggering the Fallback topic

I'm deploying my Azure OpenAI model via PVA. When I ask any question, it is always triggering the Fallback topic. Previously (about 2 months ago), I did the same and it seemed to work. Did any settings change recently that I missed?

Not sure if my license option is an issue. My trial period expired and I extended it for one month. Will it have any impact? I don't get the why it was always triggering the Fallback. I even checked my previously deployed Bots, and they are having similar issues.

I have the exact same issue, in different subscriptions (Azure) and different Environments (PowerPlatform).
Bots that were working before, all stopped from last weekend.
Azure OpenAI + Cognitive search (your-own-data) is working fine on the playground or the WebApp, but the PVA connection broke.

My guess is the new upload feature is breaking the Azure OpenAI option. I tried to add the option to skip it in the generate a response topic JSON, but to no avail.
@HenryJammes Any insider scoops?

p.s. I uploaded some documents (same files) and the upload document feature works. but OpenAI connection is not working anymore. I also tried with newly deployed bots too, same result.

It seems to be working again for me, with no changes, @sikder_al try again and hopefully yours is fixed too!
btw, while I'm at it, do you get the citations in PowerApps too? When I test the bot in PVA it provides citations, but in a PowerApps app, the same PVA is not showing any citations.. strange!

@AshkanV Yeah, it started working for me today without any change! Thanks for letting me know!

Glad it's working for you too, probably was just a fluke...
I do have the options as shown in the picture. problem is I see the citations and everything on the chat bot, bot none of those shows in the PowerApps I have my Bot embedded in.
I also realized today that you can't have Top K, or Vector search enabled on your data with Azure OpenAI when you deploy it to a PVA. you can have those on a WebApp though! 🙂 unrelated, but just thought to share the info!
