@Dougers1 I think you might be looking at this the wrong way round; build a form in Microsoft Forms, add a choice question and then add sections & questions that follow on from whichever item is selected. Then add branching from the 3 dots at the bottom right of the first question.
You can then pick up the response in your flow and do whatever actions you want with it, e.g. save the response to a SharePoint list (we always do this), send an email to different people based on the option selected etc.
