How to launch RemoteAssist from PowerApps on Hololens2 device

PowerApps is running from Edge in Hololens2.

I would like to be able to launch RemoteAssist by pressing a button on PowerApps.

I wrote the following script in the button's OnSelect function

Launch("ms-voip-video:?contactids=XXXXXXXXXX")

Refer to the following site for how to start RemoteAssist.

For the XXXXXXXXXX part, enter the objetID of the user obtained from AzureActiveDirectory by referring to the following site.

However, when I press the button, RemoteAssist does not start.

The powerApps screen flickers the moment I press the button.

Can you tell me how to solve it?
