I am just creating a chatbot for an intranet site for our organization.  I have it linked to search the company website along with 3 intranet sites for generative answers.  But when I ask a question of the bot, it keeps returning a response of:

Escalating to a live agent is not currently configured for this bot, however this is where the bot could provide information about how to get in touch with someone another way.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

Even when I am not trying to escalate.  I thought it was able to parse the info on the site for the answers like it does for the website.  Any thoughts what I'm doing wrong?  (The list may be long!  LOL)

Thanks all!

    Hi @OldRepublic -

If you paste internal website URLs in the public website, this wouldn't work.

The public website data source of generative answers actually leverages content that's indexed by Bing to generate answers. So, this doesn't work for internal / authenticated website pages.

Is there a way that it can access the internal resources on the document libraries and such for the answers?

Content (pages, Word, PowerPoint, PDF...) that are stored on SharePoint online libraries or OneDrive: yes.
