    I am still encountering the issue, already tried republishing and restarting MS Teams and even my PC.
    Most probably Microsoft is rolling out some new features. I already see some changes on Copilot Studio web canvas.

    I fixed similar issue - Close all other Microsoft Team related activities, if possible restart and try it worked for me!

    Yes, many people face this issue when they use Copilot into the Teams.
     
    Hope this is resolved now.

    Hey, did you get any resolution to this? There are a lot of other people with the same issue, and again no responses.... I have run into this error as well. It occurs as soon as the user (in test inside Copilot Studio) enters anything after the initial Greeting. 

    I have tried turning knowledge off and on again... to no avail
