Trouble Accessing copilot studio bot in Microsoft Teams Channel: Shows 'Something Went Wrong

I'm encountering an issue with Microsoft Teams in the Copilot Studio. When I try to access a bot by opening the team's channel URL, the bot app is not showing up after launching the app, both in the desktop and browser versions. Instead, I receive a message stating "something went wrong."

    Hi ,

    • Verify that the necessary permissions for the bot are granted for both the channel and the individual users trying to access it. Go to the Teams Admin Center and check for any blocked apps.
    • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the bot in the Teams channel. You can do this from the Teams app store or directly from within the Teams channel settings.
    • Try clearing the Teams cache by signing out of Teams, then deleting the cache files in the following folder: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
    • Make sure there are no network issues or firewall restrictions preventing Teams from accessing the bot service. Check with your IT department to ensure that Teams-related services and bots are not being blocked on the network.

    Thanks.

I received the same error and resolved it.

Close all other Microsoft Team related activities, if possible restart and try it worked for me!
