I’m working on a project where we need to build an AI Assistant for leaders in an organization.
The assistant should be able to:
Analyze and summarize executive emails
- Review calendar events
- Highlight priorities and key tasks
- Provide daily/weekly briefings
- Fetch additional information from internal systems (Azure + PostgreSQL)
- generate smart response
Then Add actions to add office outlook , add triggers and then publish this agent.
Since it is very new capability, i want to understand how i am going to build this agents and expose it an Org level so that eveyone in my org can use this agents and agents can access thier outlook based on thier Entra ID or SSO login
Please tell me what infra setup it would require.How to deploy it on scale..Also provide if there is any learning material related to this or any vedio .
