Cannot get DocuSign connector to trigger

I have gotten other non DocuSign connectors to work in Flow but cannot get any DocuSign connectors to work, in particular I want to get completed envelopes and return them to SharePoint Online.  Any ideas?  I am an E3 customer so should have access to this premium connector.

    Hi shaftc,

Does the flow with the configuration you have provided run succeed? Do you get any error messages?

To test this issue, I applied DocuSign trial account. Then I created a connection to it. Then created a flow using the same trigger and actions with you.

    The flow configuration likes below:

After I created the flow, I uploaded a file to DocuSign to test this issue. Once the file was signed, the flow will be triggered and it will be saved to the SharePoint library.

Could you please try again with it? If you are still having issues, please feel free post back.

    Best regards,

Thank you for your response, Mabel.  I still cannot get the flow to work.  I am not getting any errors, it does not even look like the flow is triggering when a signed documented is completed.  I have completed multiple completed documents in DocuSign.  It is like Flow is not recognizing completed/signed documents.

    Hi shaftc,

Please try to recreate your connection to see if it will work.

I have tried it again on my side and the trigger “When an envelope status changes” is working fine.

    Best regards,

I have this exact same issue. The flow looks right but I don't even have a "running/failed/succeeded" message in the flow panel. It's like it doesn't trigger at all

I too am running into this issue. The flow is set up with the initial connectors, then out of nowhere stops working. It doesn't seem to fail on the Flow-side of things (there are no "Running/Failed/Succeeded" entries).

However, when I go the Admin section of DocuSign and view failures, there are multiple entries. It seems that it's trying to connect with an invalid connection?

Steps to view the admin section of DocuSign:

    1. Log into DocuSign.
    2. Top-right corner, click account picture.
    3. Choose "Go to Admin".
    4. On the left under "Integrations" choose "Connect"
    5. Click on "Failures" at the top-right of the screen.
    6. It then provides a config ID and a "Failure Config" message alont with a long URL.

The only way I seem to get it working again, for a short time, is to refresh the connection in Flow. That only works anywhere from an hour to a day or two. It doesn't allow any of the failed completed documents to be run through the flow either.

    My steps to "refresh":

    1. Log into to Flow.
    2. Top-right corner, click the settings cog.
    3. Click "Connections"
    4. Click the ellipsis next to each connection in question.
    5. Choose "Auth" option.
    6. Allow Flow/Powerapps to refresh the connection.

    Anyone have any help/ideas?

    @v-yamao-msft:

How did you add the test account to MS Flow as a connector? We have never managed to do this and according to the DocuSign support team, this is not possible?

    Thanks,

    Max

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Did you manage to solve this issue. I am having the same problem here

    Just my 5 cents:

Make sure the trigger events are configured correctly in the Custom Configuration Settings for that Connection in the DocuSign Admin Portal. The event configuration in the Flow Connector doesn't actually change anything. The settings in DS override them. You can find the setting under "Connect". We noticed that sometimes these settings reset for seemingly no reason.

Also, this only works on production DS accounts. You cannot connect the out of the box connector with a sandbox account. You would need to create a custom connector for that.

I am having the same issue. It is like it's not connecting at all. There is no error. Any help?
