I too am running into this issue. The flow is set up with the initial connectors, then out of nowhere stops working. It doesn't seem to fail on the Flow-side of things (there are no "Running/Failed/Succeeded" entries).
However, when I go the Admin section of DocuSign and view failures, there are multiple entries. It seems that it's trying to connect with an invalid connection?
Steps to view the admin section of DocuSign:
- Log into DocuSign.
- Top-right corner, click account picture.
- Choose "Go to Admin".
- On the left under "Integrations" choose "Connect"
- Click on "Failures" at the top-right of the screen.
- It then provides a config ID and a "Failure Config" message alont with a long URL.
The only way I seem to get it working again, for a short time, is to refresh the connection in Flow. That only works anywhere from an hour to a day or two. It doesn't allow any of the failed completed documents to be run through the flow either.
My steps to "refresh":
- Log into to Flow.
- Top-right corner, click the settings cog.
- Click "Connections"
- Click the ellipsis next to each connection in question.
- Choose "Auth" option.
- Allow Flow/Powerapps to refresh the connection.
Anyone have any help/ideas?
